The Specter of Nationalism

Adorno was right when he wrote,

Genocide has its roots in this resurrection of aggressive nationalism that has developed in many countries since the end of the nineteenth century.

I look at what seems to be a major reinvestment into nationalism in many places throughout the world today, and it makes me worried.

As I said here, I wish that the ghost of Auschwitz haunted with more force than it seems to.
